ORIGINAL POSTER
1) PRICE. If you have an item to sell then you must state a price. It is allowed to state something such as price is $250 or best offer, but there must be a price listed.
2) LISTING TITLES. These title descriptors should be used – Wanted To Sell – Wanted To Trade. Be clear in the title of your listing.
3) MARK YOUR ITEMS AS SOLD OR NO LONGER FOR SALE .If an item(s) sell, please mark these as sold. If an item does not sell and you have decided you no longer wish to have the item listed – you must update your ad stating the item is no longer available.
3) PICTURES. If a picture is unable to be posted, it must be stated in the first post, or an email for pictures must be stated.
4) LOCATION. State where you are located.

SUBSEQUENT POSTERS
1) DO NOT TURN THREADS INTO BIDDING WARS! Asking price - If you do not like an individual’s asking price, it is not your place to post that the price is too high. Do not comment.
2) DO NOT BASH OTHER PEOPLES SALES! If you do not think something is worth what the buyer is asking, DO NOT say so in the thread. PM the seller and make an offer if you are interested.
